Abigail started walking on Saturday!!  

Easter 2014

We spent Easter at Nonna and Papa's house. We had a yummy lunch and hunted Easter eggs!  And had birthday carrot cake for Mommy!  

Our Lot

We recently purchased a lot to eventually build a house on when we sell our current home. This weekend, we went out to mow it and cut limbs and just piddle. We are so excited to begin. Barrett had a blast just playing outside and working!!  

Nonna and Papa came out and brought fishing stuff to let Barrett fish. And they caught several!!!!

Farm with Daddy!!

Ben and Barrett went to the farm for a couple days while mommy stayed home. I'm pretty sure Barrett had a blast playing in the dirt, fishing, "hunting" and riding on the mule, tractor and 4-wheelers!!  Love him!!!

1st Day of Preschool

Today was our babys first day of preschool!!! He is only going 3 days a week. He attended MDO last year and LOVED it!!! I know he will have a full year of fun memories and new friends!!! We are all so excited about this preschool year! He walked right in his classroom! Im anxious to pick him up and hear all about his day!!

Coffee shop w/ Papa!!

Barrett spent the night with Nonna and Papa last night. He gets to spend the night with them pretty often and he looks forward to it...so do Mommy and Daddy!!  Haha 

The real reason for him going this time was to get to wake up and go to the coffee shop with Papa the next morning!!  This was pretty special because Papa has met with the same group of men for coffee every morning for as long as I can remember!  They've switched up restaurants a few times but I remember getting to go with him when I was a little girl. It was always a great!!

Barrett got a Mickey Mouse pancake and then when I made him pancakes a couple mornings afterwards, he wanted to know where the ears on his pancakes were. Haha.

Chalk: Tracing

We hung out at Nonna and Papa's house this evening and enjoyed this awesome weather we've had this week!!  Barrett spent his time drawing with chalk and we traced him, Nonna and Papa!

1st Pony Ride!!

Last weekend, we went to the Syrup Festival in Henderson with Papa, Nonna, and Aunt Whitney while daddy was hunting with his college buddies. The festival was really nothing to write home about but.....Barrett DID get to ride a pony for the FIRST TIME!!! Papa walked beside him to make sure he didn't fall off. :) Barrett loved riding the horse and loves watching the video of it over and over!!

Santa Land 2012

Last night was Barrett's 2nd time to see Santa Land.
We ate at Cracker Barrel with Papa, Nonna and Aunt Whitney and then all piled in Papa's truck to drive through and see the lights. Barrett thought it was pretty neat and sat in amazement through the whole thing. Such fun memories!!!! Thanks for taking us Papa and Nonna!!

Bye bye nap #2

I'm very sad to say Barrett has officially dropped one nap. I was lucky to get 2 good naps out of him for so long!! He hasnt taken 2 naps in a few weeks. Not gonna lie...I enjoy nap time to have a little time to myself. :) I think most moms will agree.

Halloween

It's Elmo!!!!

We went to our neighborhood Halloween party and had such a great time! There were a ton of kids and Barrett loved playing!
He wasn't really into the trick or treating...he decided he'd rather ride on one of the neighbors golf carts alongside everyone walking.
